and become impossible to ignore.
For real. Starting tomorrow.

The world is an arena.
If you don't have rhetoric,
you don't count.
And for that, you need to put on your rhetorical glasses to understand the world and influence it.

Solo, in pairs, or as a team: rhetoric
like you've never practiced it before.

Forget everything you think
you know about rhetoric
Rhetoric is the art of strategic speech in every situation where you communicate. It’s about getting "yeses" instead of being met with silence or "let's talk about it later."
Rhetoric was born from the need to be heard and to persuade. It has never been as modern or as crucial as it is today.
Public speaking competitions are for show. Rhetoric is for succeeding in your interactions, both spoken and written.
Smooth talkers confuse, overwhelm, or impose. Rhetoricians build bridges and relationships.

They put on their rhetoric glasses. They don't see the world the same way anymore.

- When attending a conference: "it would have benefited from some panache"
- Internally: "did you add some panache to your meeting tomorrow?"
We put panache into everything! Especially with our major sustainable performance challenges.

I laughed, I cried, and I gave myself permission to express in public what I had never dared to say before. Speaking is the greatest form of care for oneself and the world <3

I no longer look at my conversations the same way. It’s as if I can suddenly see the world around me more clearly.

I am starting to understand what drives me and what I want to stand for.

We search even harder. Eventually, the spark appears. We come out with FLAIR!

Well, now I know how to minimize those losses and ensure my messages stick.

The average score is 47/100, how about you?
The questions we get asked most about rhetoric.
What exactly is rhetoric? Isn't it just for politicians and lawyers?
No. And that is exactly the problem.
Rhetoric has a dusty reputation, as if it were reserved for senators in togas or public speaking contest finalists. That hasn't been true for 2,500 years.
Rhetoric is the art of saying the right thing, to the right person, at the right time, both orally and in writing. It covers everything from the email you send your boss to a difficult conversation with your business partner, the pitch you give in a meeting, or that LinkedIn post that fell flat.
Basically: if you communicate with humans, rhetoric applies to you.
How is Panache different from a public speaking coach?
That’s our favorite question.
A public speaking coach will work on your voice, posture, eye contact, and breathing. These are useful tools for captivating an audience, but they aren't enough to persuade them.
What drives people to take action is what you say and how you say it. It’s the structure of your argument. It’s choosing the word that hits the mark. It’s your ability to understand what the other person needs to hear before you even speak.
Rhetoric is the architecture. Eloquence and traditional public speaking are just the decoration.
We don't just teach you how to "project your voice." We teach you how to build messages that trigger a response in others.
What is the difference between the Book, the Card Game, and the Experience? Where should you start?
We wanted you to be able to approach rhetoric in a way that feels right for you.
The Book → You want to learn at your own pace in an immersive way. It’s a narrative experience: you are the hero, you make the choices, and you learn by living through the situations. Ideal for starting out or diving deeper on your own.
The Card Game → You learn better by doing than by reading. 100+ real-life situations. Playable solo, in pairs, or as a team. The most accessible format for getting people around you involved.
The Experience → You want to make steady progress with a community and guidance. Live sessions, challenges, drills, and real feedback. It’s daily practice supported by our experts.
Our recommendation if you don't know where to start: take the Panache Score.
The result will point you toward what suits you best.
How do I know if I'm in the right place? I'm not sure if rhetoric is my issue.
If you're wondering about that, here is the quickest test:
- Have you ever walked away from a conversation thinking, "I should have said that"?
- Have you ever had the right idea but couldn't find the right words to back it up?
- Have you ever been interrupted or ignored when you had something important to say?
If you answered yes to any of these three questions, welcome—you’re in exactly the right place.
Take the Panache Score. It will tell you exactly where you stand and what is holding you back. It takes 49 seconds.
Are your training programs serious? Or is it just standard personal development?
The academic rigor is there: Lucas Haensler holds a PhD in Rhetoric. The method is rooted in 2,500 years of research on persuasion, from Aristotle to modern neuroscience. This isn't recycled pop psychology.
But we aren't an academic seminar, either. What matters to us is that you leave with tools that actually change something in your next conversation.
Do you also train companies? What exactly does that involve?
Yes, but we don't do it at scale.
Our training formats aren't available in a catalog with fixed pricing. Each request is handled individually based on the context, the teams involved, and the objectives.
If you are an executive or in HR and you're wondering why your managers struggle to sell their ideas internally, or why your sales team knows their product but can't make people want it, we probably have something to show you.
